Τι κι αν απονεμήθηκαν τα πραγματικά όσκαρ εχθές; Τι κι αν αστέρες του χόλιγουντ επιδίδονται επί χρόνια σε ρόλους σκληροτράχηλων υπερανθρώπων που μπορούν να αποδράσουν ακόμη και από τις φυλακές του Αλκατράζ; Ποιος είναι αυτός ο τιποτένιος τύπος που χαίρεται που έκανε μια ολόκληρη σεζόν να βγει απο μια φυλακή(βλ. Prison Break); Ο Βασίλης Παλαιοκώστας είναι και πάλι όλα τα λεφτά.

...και ας έρθουμε στο προκείμενο. Ποιος μπορεί να είναι ο υπαίτιος αυτού του "μεμονωμένου"(αν και επαναλαμβανόμενου) περιστατικού; Μήπως το ΠΑΣΟΚ; μήπως ο ΣΥΡΙΖΑ; Σίγουρα όχι το ΚΚΕ(αυτό δεν κάνει τέτοια πραματα)! Μάλλον φταίνε οι δημοσιογράφοι που τολμούν να γράφουν κακοήθειες για τα σώματα ασφαλείας και στρέφουν τα προβατάκια ενάντια στα τσοπανόσκυλα που τους φυλούν. Όμως για δες; Τα πρόβατα τρελάθηκαν και θέλουν τόσο πολύ να κάνουν παρέα με τους λύκους. Άλλωστε αυτούς τους ξέρουν καλά. Ο λύκος και αν εγέρασε...όμως το τσοπανόσκυλο είναι όπως το μάθει κανείς. Και κάποιος από τσοπανόσκυλα μας έμαθε να είμαστε ρεμπελόσκυλα. Κ κ αστυνομικοί, σωφρονιστικοί υπάλληλοι, στρατιωτικοί πολιτικοί, υδραυλικοί, ταρίφες, δημοσιογράφοι, καθαρίστριες, ελαιοχρωματιστές καθίστε λιγο να σκεφτείτε. Τις πταίει; Πάντως όχι κάποιος άλλος....παρότι υποκριτικο από ένα Υπουργείο που συνδιάζει το μπετο(χωροταξία και δημόσια έργα) με το πράσινο(περιβάλλον) να βγάζει διαφημιστικά σποτάκια περί περιβαλλοντικής ευθύνης, έχει μια αλήθεια. Φτάνει με τους πολιτικούς που "τρώνε" και τις δημόσιες υπηρεσίες που "ξύνονται"!!! Πριν από όλα ας κοιτάξουμε στον καθρέφτη....

Well, once upon a time there was a thief in Greece. A very nasty, clever and dangerous thief. Actually he had a brother too. And apart from organizing armed robberies, they were doin' lots of prison breaks. All that. long, long before our beloved american actor become famous out of doing the exact same thing for the famous tv series. After all, our urban greek heroe made it possible to escape in a more exciting, glamourous way: he went away by helicopter. And that's the 2nd time he is doin' the exact same thing.
And i wonder...how much more could we wait till we realize that we live in a jungle which has little to do with a civilized world(not that our european neighbours and our american pows are much better. I got my points over those countries too. U r welcome to ask!). And believe me there are lots of greeks that felt proud of Palaiokostas(the particular thief) and the image he constructed for himself. It's being a long time since citizens felt proud about their country(by country meaning their goverment, their police etc etc), and therefore, as people need to have faith in something they tend to believe in thiefs and so called modern Robin Hoods.
Once more our "imaginary" goverment will try to find someone to blame...anybody. It doesn't matter who it will be. As long as it's not the goverment itself. We've seen the play before - when they stole people's money from the social security service, when they left half of the country burn down to ashes, when they got involved to scandals like paying journalists so as they remain discreet or when they secretly demolished Athens after they have armed a police man's gun against a young adolescent. There's only one word: Enough!!!
